Spring Break and Other Fun Pictures

This is a picture of what my boys think they need to do on one of the first warm days in Idaho! They got off the bus and Carson and Colton were already on the roof so Quinton and Kade decided to join them.  So of course I had to take a picture and then tell them to never do it again! The following pictures are just some fun in the sun!

For spring break we flew on an airplane with all 6 children and went to Arizona to visit my mom who has been living there for the last 3 months.  It was our Christmas gift from her (airfare to AZ). Here are a few things we did while we were there.  Above: Jeremy and Kennedi swimming,  the kids did alot of swimming!Below:  This is a picture with one of the cast members from the Easter Pageant we went to at the Mesa Temple.  The pageant was awesome, the only problem is it was the first thing we did and after a long day of traveling we were all very tired.  Colton didn't even see most of the pageant, he was sleeping soundly on grandma's lap.

We went to a place called Rawhide the kids rode a mechanical bull, rode on the back of a stagecoach, climbed a rock wall, saw a gunfight, and went to a petting zoo.  They had a ball!

Then we went to old town Scottsdale and in the park they had some Indians explaining their culture and doing Indian dances.  It was a very decorated park with lots of fountains, and sculptures.

Then we went back to the temple during the day so we could get some pictures on the grounds and walk around.  This was probably Jeremy's and my favorite part of the trip. The Mesa Temple looks alot like the Hawaii Temple.

The last day we went to a huge zoo and aquarium.  It was a fairly cool day and we didn't have to fight the heat.  This is Quinton getting attacked by some baby goats in the petting zoo that were hungry and he had food!  We had a good trip and the kids traveled really well!  But it is funny how many strange looks you get when people see that you have 6 children with you.  Oh Well,  we love our family and we are thankful we had the opportunity to take them on a trip like this.  However,  it was definitely not a trip that you come home rested from!  We are exhausted!  But no rest for the Hall family,  we arrived home to good weather which means it is time to get going in the fields!!
