Happy Birthday Kade!

Okay so Kade's birthday was on March 21, and I'm a little late but I still should get points for getting this on the blog. Kade is 8 years old and will be baptized this Saturday. I can't believe how fast the past 8 years has gone by. To our surprise, when Kade was born and the doctor told us he had a cleft lip, I had no idea what he was talking about and when he handed me my baby I was very scared as to what this meant for my baby. The first year of his life was very challenging with everything we needed to learn and everything he had to go through. I know now it was harder on me than on him! From day one he was given the personality to handle whatever was thrown his way!! He has always been such a happy person and has always been concerned with whether or not everyone else is happy. He has been through alot with all the surgeries and doctors appointments and such but has handled it great! I feel very blessed to be his mother and hope that I can be what he needs and teach him what he needs to know. He is a very special part of our family and we love him very much!! Happy Birthday Kade!

Happy Birthday Carson!

Today 3 years ago I lay in a hospital bed in horrible pain waiting for a little person to arrive. As most of you know we don't find out the sex of our babies before they are born. At this point in the process I was really hoping for a girl! But needless to say, I am so thankful for my Carson, and I am glad to have another son! Colton and Carson are best buddies and I wouldn't have it any other way. When Carson was born he weighed a whoppin' 8lbs. 11 oz. and he still is a pretty hefty boy with all smiles most of the time. And how can you resist those big blue eyes! We celebrated his birthday early on Sunday (because we lead a hectic life) and I do have pictures, just not downloaded yet. So here are a few of him as a baby and I'll post others latter.Happy Birthday Carson! We Love You!

Wow, Look how little all the kids look! It seems just like yesturday!!

Crazy Life!

WOW! What a wild couple of weeks we've had at the Hall house! I don't know what it is about the end of the trimester for school that can make things so crazy! With projects due, Jeremy scheduling 3 things in one night, home teaching, visiting teaching, and toddlers, our week was out of control. Now yes it was our fault that we left our visiting teaching and home teaching unitl the last week of February, but when Jeremy came home on a Sunday night and said, "I signed up to feed the missionaries at 5:00p.m., the home teachers are coming over at 6:30p.m. and the Teachers and Priests are having a meeting at our house at 7:00p.m. and we need treats for them, I graciously said, "Okay, I can do that!" come to find out that you can do that you just have to collapse at the end of the day! And whatever happened to the kind of book reports that you just fill out a summary paper or write a 2 paragraph essay on what the book was about. Now days you have to come up with some clever idea or use the teachers ideas. Quinton wanted to make a cake and decorate it about the book he read which was a book about buffalos. And Mckenna had to write a story about some incredible made up people or something and her story was about Mr. A and Mr. Stinger, then needed to make them edible for a class project! All due the same day, and this is what they came up with! Not Bad eh? Oh, and the blue feathers coming out of her head are for a costume. She had to dress up as someone or something from the last book she read, we did our best, but she's suppose to be a blue cobra (or some kind of snake)!

So because it was the end of the trimester for the kids and they had Monday the 2nd off I decided to go see my sister and brother and his new baby in Wyoming for the weekend. It was nice to see everyone but you have to understand that between the three of us there are 13 children and 8 of them are under the age of 4. So it was a little wild trying to keep everyone happy and entertained. But we managed, and even went to the rock wall at the rec center in Kemmerer. I was even able to take some pictures with my camera that I am still trying to figure out! (Help me Amber!)

Anyway hope you enjoy the pictures!
