Time to Update

Yes, I know shocking that you actually logged in to view my blog and I have put something on here. First of all I will post the pictures from spring that I ment to put on until Summer happened. So hang on this might get long!

Baby Chickens, Baby Kittens, and the Childrens watch'n.

Quinton line dancing for the entire school. And boy can he shake his hips. My video camera isn't digital so you will have to use your imagination and it will probably be close! He had a blast in this class at school.

This was one of my favorite things to do when I was growing up, Branding Cows with my dad and uncles, and now I get to watch my boys enjoy it! They however, do it a bit differently than we did, we always had horses involved and now they have invented things called chutes and that's what they use. Mckenna on the other hand doesn't care too much for the smell and preferred to look on from the fence!

Spring is Soooo... Here

I don't have any pictures to post right now but will hopefully have time to put some on in the next couple of days or so. But these are some of the reasons I have not posted for a month!
1. Violin recital - Mckenna
2. Going to town for shoes 3 times because someone forgot to tell me they are wearing a size 3 1/2 when they should be wearing a 5!
3. Science Fair Projects
4. Running to school because someone forgot lunch money.
5. Finding baby bird eggs- then the wind destroying them and the kids upset.
6. Helping take care of 24 baby chickens!
7. Kids finding 7 baby kittens - 3 have died but we are bottle feeding 2 (every 4-6 hours) and the other 2 are drinking out of a bowl now! What we will do for our children who have soft hearts!(I am not a cat person!!!!)
8. Trying to get Carson to understand the concept of going to the bathroom on the toilet!
9. Helping Jeremy with Bishop stuff and barn stuff.
10. I'M TOO TIRED!!
Now that I want to blog I don't have time to load pictures and we are in the last weeks of school which means more running around and helping the kids! So I guess I'm just being a mom who is TRYING her best and some things have to fall to the wayside! We are all healthy and doing good and I really will get some pictures on sometime.

Catching Up!

Wow! What a couple of weeks we've had! I don't really know where to start so I'm going to talk about Kade's baptism and then I'm going to post as many pictures as I can about everything else. It is hard to believe that my Kade is 8 and was baptized on March 28, 2009. We had every single member of both of our families present, and I mean every member including my dad. I know he was there, I felt his spirit watching over us and enjoying it with us. It was a great day! A little crazy with all the little ones (14 under 4 yr. old) and 6 older children (between 8-11yr. old). Kind of loud and crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way! Thank you so much everyone for being so supportive and loving as we try to raise our family! We are very blessed to have a wonderful family and we feel so very close to all of you. Hope you don't get tired of the pictures.Kade and all the men that Confirmed himThe Hall FamilyThe Black Family Kade received the Book of Mormom and Bible from his Grandparents for his baptism.

Happy Birthday Kade!

Okay so Kade's birthday was on March 21, and I'm a little late but I still should get points for getting this on the blog. Kade is 8 years old and will be baptized this Saturday. I can't believe how fast the past 8 years has gone by. To our surprise, when Kade was born and the doctor told us he had a cleft lip, I had no idea what he was talking about and when he handed me my baby I was very scared as to what this meant for my baby. The first year of his life was very challenging with everything we needed to learn and everything he had to go through. I know now it was harder on me than on him! From day one he was given the personality to handle whatever was thrown his way!! He has always been such a happy person and has always been concerned with whether or not everyone else is happy. He has been through alot with all the surgeries and doctors appointments and such but has handled it great! I feel very blessed to be his mother and hope that I can be what he needs and teach him what he needs to know. He is a very special part of our family and we love him very much!! Happy Birthday Kade!

Happy Birthday Carson!

Today 3 years ago I lay in a hospital bed in horrible pain waiting for a little person to arrive. As most of you know we don't find out the sex of our babies before they are born. At this point in the process I was really hoping for a girl! But needless to say, I am so thankful for my Carson, and I am glad to have another son! Colton and Carson are best buddies and I wouldn't have it any other way. When Carson was born he weighed a whoppin' 8lbs. 11 oz. and he still is a pretty hefty boy with all smiles most of the time. And how can you resist those big blue eyes! We celebrated his birthday early on Sunday (because we lead a hectic life) and I do have pictures, just not downloaded yet. So here are a few of him as a baby and I'll post others latter.Happy Birthday Carson! We Love You!

Wow, Look how little all the kids look! It seems just like yesturday!!

Kade almost 5, Colton 18 months, Carson 1 week

Crazy Life!

WOW! What a wild couple of weeks we've had at the Hall house! I don't know what it is about the end of the trimester for school that can make things so crazy! With projects due, Jeremy scheduling 3 things in one night, home teaching, visiting teaching, and toddlers, our week was out of control. Now yes it was our fault that we left our visiting teaching and home teaching unitl the last week of February, but when Jeremy came home on a Sunday night and said, "I signed up to feed the missionaries at 5:00p.m., the home teachers are coming over at 6:30p.m. and the Teachers and Priests are having a meeting at our house at 7:00p.m. and we need treats for them, I graciously said, "Okay, I can do that!" come to find out that you can do that you just have to collapse at the end of the day! And whatever happened to the kind of book reports that you just fill out a summary paper or write a 2 paragraph essay on what the book was about. Now days you have to come up with some clever idea or use the teachers ideas. Quinton wanted to make a cake and decorate it about the book he read which was a book about buffalos. And Mckenna had to write a story about some incredible made up people or something and her story was about Mr. A and Mr. Stinger, then needed to make them edible for a class project! All due the same day, and this is what they came up with! Not Bad eh? Oh, and the blue feathers coming out of her head are for a costume. She had to dress up as someone or something from the last book she read, we did our best, but she's suppose to be a blue cobra (or some kind of snake)!

So because it was the end of the trimester for the kids and they had Monday the 2nd off I decided to go see my sister and brother and his new baby in Wyoming for the weekend. It was nice to see everyone but you have to understand that between the three of us there are 13 children and 8 of them are under the age of 4. So it was a little wild trying to keep everyone happy and entertained. But we managed, and even went to the rock wall at the rec center in Kemmerer. I was even able to take some pictures with my camera that I am still trying to figure out! (Help me Amber!)

Anyway hope you enjoy the pictures!

Basketball, Snow, & New Camera

When I wrote this blog it was about 2 weeks ago and it has taken me forever to get the pictures uploaded because of many interuptions! So hopefully this is it.

We are well into our basketball season with Quinton and Kade both playing Rigby Youth Basketball. It has been fun to see Quinton improve and to watch Kade and he tries to impress everyone that is watching him! He runs down the court not exactly watching the ball or the other players but smiling at those on the side lines to make sure they are watching him! He is such a great and funny boy to be around! They both have 1 game left next weekend. All of the kids have enjoyed playing in the snow and riding the 4-wheeler pulling each other behind on the sled. And I was able to buy a new camera from my cousin Amber, a couple of weeks ago, so I have been experimenting and trying to learn the new features and how to use it correctly. I thought I would post some pictures of what I've been trying. Also, I would like to say congratulations to Beau and Heather on the arrival of Jaycie Faith on February 7, she is beautiful and we are very happy all went well! We also had a great suprise from Suzanne, Dan & Nova, they showed up at Mom & Dad Hall's house on Sunday! We were all very excited to see them and of course I took the opportunity to take some pictures. It took to long to upload all the pictures I wanted, so this is all you get, I have things to do!
